Interview Coaching

Are you prepared to demonstrate your brand? Are you sure you can prove you are the RainMaker candidate against your completion?

Our experience in working with hundreds and more healthcare leaders and professional has shown that most candidates do not fully understand the proper way to prepare for interviewing, or just take it as serious as it could and should be taken…especially in a competitive situation.

You first need to prepare TO interview and then prepare FOR an interview.

Many skip the first part, which is the more important of the two. Much like giving a public speech or presentation, once you are prepared TO interview the rest is easy.

Most professionals prepare for interviews by researching the company, reading the financial reports, and exploring the website. They become well-versed on every aspect of the company.

This is certainly helpful information for your preparation and getting to know the company you might go to work, but how many times have you gone to an interview and had the interviewer say, “Tell me everything you know about our company and all the research you did prior to coming in”?

Rarely if ever does this happen, yet to most and the majority of professionals we work, this is what they consider to be “preparation.”

Most companies perform a telephone interview prior to the huge expenditure of a face to face or site visit interview. Did you know you have to prepare not only how to interview for the in-person interview, but also of the phone interview. These are completely different.

If you treat the phone interview the same as the in-person interview you will lose. Why? Because you can’t read the interviewer’s body language and they can’t read yours. But there is information you can give and get to assure yourself an opportunity to get a visit.

Do you know the three things that can be measured during a phone interview? How long should an answer be on a phone interviewer versus an in-person interview?

If you answered, ‘Shorter.” that is correct, but how much shorter? You lose the phone interview and you lose the in-person interview.

We will show you how to win both of them with our SmARTInterviews Methodology.
